There is a quiet, comforting beauty in watching flowers brave a storm. I painted Drink It In to capture that exact feeling—the moody, soft atmosphere of a rainy day in a field of wild daisies, choosing to look at the downpour not as a hardship, but as a source of nourishment.
The elegant 12x24 layout focuses on a central, resilient daisy bowing under the weather.
This piece is a gentle visual reflection of the scripture in Matthew 6 where Jesus reminds us to look at the wildflowers of the field. They don't labor or spin, yet God clothes them in beauty and cares for them deeply—even in the midst of a downpour. It brings a peaceful, quiet reminder of that provided care straight into your home.
